The floors in our historic house were a mixed bag. The living room and dining room had new red oak flooring. The rest of the house had the original heart pine floors that were just about beyond repair with fire damage and simple age. Several other flooring companies would not even touch the floors, recommending that we put new wood down. Thanks to Grain Design we were able to save the original hardwood floors and to beat it all, the color is amazing! The old floors are not red and that was my biggest fear. They are simply beautiful. After many meetings and several color matching sessions, the new floors in the LR and DR even compliment the old floors more than I’d ever dreamed! These guys are extremely patient. I know this because I ask a lot of questions. EVERY single employee was professional and more knowledgeable than I could’ve dreamed.
